For our olives we select only the finest Nocellara Etnea variety and pair them with black Leccino olives. Seasoned with oil, bell peppers, mushrooms, capers and spices, they are rich in the colours and flavours of the Mediterranenan. We enjoy them with an aperitivo or in pasta and rice salads for an authentic taste of Italy.
