If you saw where they grow you’d understand why: on a strip of coastal fertile land in Sicily, in the shadow of the Selinunte temples, where their unique location creates a taste that’s as beautiful as the scenery. Delicious as a snack or appetiser, or added to green salads and pasta. They’re great to cook with, too. Particularly with white meats, seafood and as side dishes.
