These large olives are grown in the town of Cerignola in Puglia. They have a firm, meaty texture and a mild, slightly bitter-sweet flavour, making them stand out amoung other varieties. Their plump, juicy nature makes them perfect for snacking on their own, but they are also ideal for adding a burst of colour and flavour to charcuterie boards, antipasi or enjoying with a Martini.
