For our bruschetta topping we only use premium Italian artichokes. Grown in the mineral-rich soils of Puglia, they are harvested in spring when their flavour is at its fullest. With deep, rich and earthy flavours our artichoke topping is a perfect pairing with toasted bread or as a dip with our delicious artisan grissini.
