Our sun-dried tomatoes are chargrilled to enhance the already intensely delicious flavour. Perfect with salad, pasta and rice. Chop and sprinkle over a tomato and mozzarella salad, or stuff with aubergines, capers, soft cheese and a scattering of herbs.
