This balsamic glaze is made from a high percentage of Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P. and obtained by using a cold process to preserve authentic flavour. Its thick, glossy texture makes it ideal for garnishing dishes, meats, strawberries, vanilla ice cream, and for creating classic vinaigrettes for warm or cold salads.
